Hibji Terms and Conditions – A Complete Guide to Using the Platform

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between hibji.app ("hibji", "we", "us") and the user of the platform ("user", "you").

• "Platform" – The hibji.app website, mobile app, and all associated services.
• "Account" – The user's registered profile through which platform features can be accessed.
• "Bet" – A monetary wager placed on the outcome of a sporting event.
• "Balance" – The total funds held in the account.

• Once a bet is submitted, it generally cannot be changed or cancelled.
• If a technical error causes incorrect odds to be displayed, hibji reserves the right to void the affected bets.
• If a match or event is cancelled, the stake for the relevant bet will be refunded.
• Odds in live betting change continuously. All bets will be settled at the odds displayed at the time the bet is submitted.
• Maximum payout limits are set individually for each event.
• The minimum amount for a single bet is BDT 10, and the maximum is set by hibji.

All financial transactions on hibji are handled securely and transparently.

• Withdrawal: The minimum withdrawal amount is 500 BDT. Withdrawals are typically processed within 1–2 hours.
• Deposits must be made from a mobile banking account registered in your own name, and withdrawals will only be processed to that same account.

• Attempting to hack or carry out a cyber attack on hibji's systems.
• Harassing or defrauding other users.
• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonus benefits.

Hibji may temporarily suspend or permanently close a user's account under the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification or providing false information.
• Suspicious or fraudulent activity.
• At the user's own request (self-exclusion).

Users may close their account at any time. Any remaining balance will be eligible for withdrawal, provided no violations have occurred.
